Install Certiport Online Exam Delivery

Certiport Browser Lockdown 2 must be installed on each computer that will be used for delivering an exam through Certiport's Online Exam Delivery. For a list of these exams, click here.

Full Administrative rights are required for this installation. Windows XP systems must have .Net 2.0 or 3.0 or 3.5.

1. Click here to begin the download.
2. Save the file to your desktop.
3. After the download is complete, run the file to begin the installation.
4. Follow the additional steps to complete the installation.

Note: If you launch an exam without having previously installed Certiport Browser Lockdown 2, you will be prompted to do so during the launch of an exam with an ActiveX bar at the top of your screen.

After installing Certiport Browser Lockdown 2, add *.certiport.com to Trusted Sites in Internet Options.

1. Open Internet Explorer's Internet Options.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Select the green checkmark for Trusted Sites.
4. Click Sites.
5. Uncheck the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone".
6. In the "Add this website to the zone" field, enter *.certiport.com and click Add.
