Learn What Roles Are and How They Change the Way We Do Business

Certiport.com provides a door to tools that greatly enhances your certification experience or business. The key to unlocking the myriad of web functions you can utilize begins with understanding the concept and usage of Roles.

The word Role in every day language is used to signify a part played in life. For example, a woman may have the role of manager where she works, yet she could be a mother and a spouse at home. The same holds true on Ceritport.com: You could have one or multiple roles. Each role opens the door to a set of different tools and functions you need to get the most out of Certiport certifications.

Everyone who registers on Certiport.com can possess the role of Test Candidate while others may have an additional role on the new site such as Instructor, Organization Administrator, Organization Member, or Proctor.
