In order to ensure a superior event with top-notch facilities, speakers, and activities, Certiport has established the following pricing structure for 2018:
$695.00 (USD) per person
The last day to register for GPS is Friday, 6 July 2018. Any cancellations after 6 July 2018 will result in a $150.00 (USD) cancellation fee.
Additionally, registration for one person cannot be exchanged for another.
A discount code, specific to your organization, which allows the appropriate number of free registrants according to your partner status, has been sent in a personalized invitation email to one person from your organization. Individuals will be asked to enter the discount code on the payment page at the end of the registration process. When the maximum usage for your discount code has been reached, additional registrants will be charged the appropriate conference fee.
The process outlined above is important in order for your organization to qualify for complimentary passes or discounts. If you or someone in your organization has not received a personalized invitation with registration instructions by Friday, 6 July 2018, please send an email request to gps@pearson.com.

There are substantial benefits and discounts for early bird registration. The deadline for this discount is Friday, 15 June 2018. Registrations completed after this deadline will be charged the full $695.00 (USD) registration fee.
Be sure to register your additional chaperone(s) prior to 15 June 2018 to take advantage of the early bird registration discount. The last day to register is Friday, 6 July 2018. Any cancellations after 6 July 2018 will result in a $150.00 (USD) cancellation fee. Additionally, registration for one person cannot be exchanged for another.
Chaperones are required to be with students during all competition activities. They will not be allowed to participate in GPS. Please plan accordingly.
One (1) chaperone is required for every six (6) students under the age of 18. The first chaperone per partner is free. Chaperones can be parents, teachers, partner representatives, etc. Chaperones can be responsible for students participating in both competitions.
Parents and other guests who are not registered as chaperones will not be eligible to participate in any event activities. This includes access to meals, receptions, and off-site activities. However, we will allow family members and additional guests to join the Championship Awards Ceremony. Competitors (or their respective Partners) simply need to indicate the names of any family or guest members that would like to attend the ceremony by emailing gps@pearson.com. or they may also identify these additional attendees at the Conference/Registration Desk prior to the Awards Ceremony.
If you are registering on behalf of students and chaperones, please use unique email addresses for each individual.
Experience a relaxing hotel retreat within walking distance to Disney Springs™, the recently updated shopping, dining, and entertainment complex at the Walt Disney World Resort. For guests that are staying at this hotel, there is a discounted rate for Disney World tickets.
The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista features shuttle transportation to and from Disney Theme Parks, seven delectable dining options, two pools, an arcade, and more. All modern rooms offer custom-designed beds, mini-fridges, flat-screen TVs and WiFi.
Certiport has negotiated a discounted hotel rate of $129.00 (USD) for single/double occupancy; $149.00 for triple occupancy; and $169.00 for quad occupancy. A daily resort fee, currently $24.00 per night, will be waived as part of our group rate – if you book by Friday, July 6 2018. Additionally, Certiport has obtained complimentary guest room and public area internet services for our guests who book rooms with the hotel (a savings of $9.95 per day).
You are responsible booking your own hotel accommodations.
The hotel reservation discount deadline is Friday, 6 July 2018. Please note that this time of year is the high-season for tourists and it is extremely likely that the hotel will quickly sell out.
You are responsible for arranging your own travel to/from the airport to the hotel.
