Welcome to the New Certiport

Welcome to the new Certiport.com. Before you can use the new site to perform your day-to-day activities as a testing center (such as purchasing inventory), you need to log in with your User or Test Candidate account.

This is different from the Dashboard login you’ve used to manage testing center duties in the past!

Register as a User or Test Candidate:

This login is what you used to take a Certiport exam.

  


Migrate to the new site to use testing center tools:

Becoming an Organization Administrator will give you rights to perform all authorized testing center activities.

  


Purchase inventory through the new interface:

You will need to be logged in as an Organization Administrator to buy inventory at the testing center rate.


Register as a User or Test Candidate

This login is what you used to take a Certiport exam.

If you have not taken a Certiport exam, register as a new User by clicking here.

If you have taken a Certiport exam and remember your User name and password, log in here.

If you have taken a Certiport exam and do not remember your User name and password, call customer service: 1-888-999-9830. A customer service representative can help you obtain this information.

Migrate to the new site to use testing center tools

Becoming an Organization Administrator will give you rights to perform all authorized testing center activities.

1.

Log on with your User account information by clicking here.

2.

After logging on, select the “Migration Link” (located on the right side).

3.

On the new page, enter your Dashboard user name and password you used on the old interface.

By completing the last step, you will automatically have the Organization Administrator “role” in the drop-down menu (above the tabs). To read how to add other members of your organization to the new site, follow steps 2 and 3 here.

Purchase inventory through the new interface

You will need to be logged in as an Organization Administrator to buy inventory at the testing center rate.

1.

Change the role on the drop-down menu at the top to Organization Administrator.

2.

Click on the “Purchase” tab or “Buy Exams Now” button and follow the instructions to buy exams.
