The Certiport Portal can be accessed by logging in at The Portal provides a variety of account management functionality, determined by your role.

Follow these steps to set up and manage your Certiport Center Account. Each step contains links to training videos and more detailed information.

Attend Webinar Training Sessions

Live training sessions are held through an online webinar and a conference call. You will be able to see the trainer's desktop online as he or she demonstrates administrative account management and test delivery functions.
