Certiport Announces 2016 Adobe Certified Associate U.S. National and World Championships

Salt Lake City, UTAH – January 20, 2016

Certiport (www.certiport.com), a Pearson VUE business, the leading test delivery solution provider for the global workforce and academic markets, today announced the 2016 Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) U.S. National Championship and the 2016 Adobe Certified Associate World Championship. Certiport expects more than 60,000 entrants worldwide, with more than 20 countries represented at the final round of competition held in Orlando, Florida August 7-10, 2016.

The 2016 ACA U.S. National Championship is an online competition open to students currently enrolled in an approved, accredited academic institution, between age 13 to 22 and with an ACA certification in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. To compete, students must submit a design project to www.acachampionship.com/us/ by June 15, 2016. The top three projects will be selected to represent the U.S. at the ACA World Championship.

The ACA World Championship is designed to showcase digital communications skills and promote industry certification. Regional competition rules vary.

At the ACA World Championship, regional finalists will receive instructions, project requirements and assets to complete a design challenge for a non-profit organization. A first ($5,000), second ($2,500) and third ($1,000) place World Champion will be chosen based on a panel of judges reviewing the final design projects.
