Certiport Browser Lockdown for Vista Operating Systems

Issue 1:

If an exam does not start within 5 seconds, it may be necessary to manually reconnect Certiport ExamStart.

1. Reconnect
   1. Find Certiport Icon in taskbar
   2. Right click the Certiport Icon
   3. Click Connect
   
   4. The exam should start within 5 seconds

Issue 2:

In the event of an exam crash, it may become necessary to release your system resources from a locked down state.

1. Reboot the machine
   –OR–
2. Restart Certiport ExamStart
   1. Go to C:\Program Files\Certiport\CertiportExamStart
   2. Run CertiportExamStart Application (392 KB application)
