- You can take the trip as a guest of Certiport during the Certiport PATHWAYS conference, July 2009. During the conference you will be recognized as the competition winner in front of an international group of conference attendees. If you choose this option, Certiport will arrange all travel for you and meals (two meals per day) will be included with your package. You will also be able to attend the Pathways sessions at no additional cost.
- If you choose not to accept the trip to PATHWAYS, you can elect to accept a cash prize of $3,000. Prize winners will be responsible for any and all taxes associated with any prize distributed during the 2009 IC³ World Cup Competition.
Q. What is the process for registering my team?
A. The team coach will need to register here. Once the team has registered with Certiport, we will send an email with further instructions on how to register the rest of the members. This will allow us to track your team's points
Q. How will you know if someone from my team scores points by taking an IC³ exam?
A. Each team must set up an exam group number when taking the IC³ exams for this competition (see Setting up an Exam Group below). By setting up the exam group number, Certiport will be able to determine when someone from a team has passed the IC³ exam(s) so they can be eligible for points.
Q. How will I know how many points my team has?
A. Certiport will be tracking the results of each team. We encourage teams to also track their own results. Upon the end of the competition on May 15, 2009, Certiport will tally each team's points to determine the winner.

A. No, you must pass the IC³ exam in order to receive points.
Q. Will I get points if I register to be an Authorized Instructor but am not approved?
A. No, you must be approved to become an Authorized Instructor to qualify for the points. Points will only be awarded upon approval of your application so you must allow enough time for our staff to approve your application before the competition ends.
