Certiprep : Troubleshooting Wizard
The Troubleshooting Wizard is designed to diagnose and solve common problems.
The Wizard will ask a series of questions. If you are unable to answer a particular question because you do not know the answer and do not have access to the computer running Certiprep, you can save the page in your Favorites and return to the Wizard once you have the answer.
If the Troubleshooting Wizard is unable to determine the cause of your problem, it will ask you to submit an email message to our tech support staff. Please explain your problem in the email to the best of your ability and send the message.
