Certiport CFO Named to Certiport China Board of Directors

On the eve of his one-year anniversary with Certiport, Bryan Koehler joins the management group for operations in China

SALT LAKE CITY — April 13, 2009

Certiport today announced its chief financial officer has joined Certiport China's board of directors. Bryan Koehler's extensive background in managing the financial and operational affairs of medium-sized privately held organizations will serve to support the estimated growth of operations in China.

"Bryan brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to Certiport China," said David Saedi, Certiport president and CEO. "In the relatively short time he has been with Certiport, he has helped position it to reap huge gains in the future."

Prior to Certiport, Koehler was CFO for Linux Networx, Inc. (LNXI), where he raised over $45 million in private equity funding, and later prepared the company to be acquired. Prior to LNXI, Koehler was Corporate Controller for Altiris, Inc. (ATRS) (acquired by Symantec, Inc.) where he assisted in the initial public stock offering, secondary public stock offering, as well as several acquisitions. Prior to working with Altiris, Koehler was a financial manager at Handspring (acquired by Palm, Inc.). He also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide auditing and consulting services to companies with emphasis in software and Internet industries.

Koehler is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a Master's of Accountancy, Professional Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University in 1998.

Koehler joined the Certiport in February 2008 to oversee all finance, accounting and project management functions. He has extensive experience preparing notable high technology companies for, and taking them through, initial public offerings, securing private-equity funding, and implementing policies and procedures that include the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.
