Downloading and Installing Exam Software
Use the guide below to locate the exam(s) you will be delivering and install the appropriate exam delivery method(s) on ALL computers that will be used for testing.
Reminder: Verify that your center meets the Technical Requirements before installing. Full local administrative rights are required for either installation.
iQsystem uses live application technology to deliver the MOS exams. During an exam, iQsystem launches the appropriate Microsoft Office application, and then the Test Candidate will demonstrate skills within the application. Each computer which will be used for testing must have iQsystem and the full version of the appropriate Microsoft Office suite installed.
How to download/install iQsystem on each test computer:
Log in to www.certiport.com and select the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu. Select the Training and Tools tab, and click Install. Click the Download iQsystem button. Follow the instructions found on the page to download and install iQsystem.
Certiport Online Exam Delivery is used to deliver exams consisting of basic exam questions and/or performance-demonstrated tasks within a simulation of an application. Because the applications are simulated within this delivery engine, there is no need to have any additional software installed to run an exam. For example, you do not need to have Adobe Photoshop installed on testing computers to deliver an Adobe Photoshop exam. Each computer will only need to have Certiport's Browser Lockdown installed and a shortcut to launch the exam.

How to set up Certiport Online Exam Delivery on each test computer:
Log in to www.certiport.com and select the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu. Select the Training and Tools tab and click Online Exam Setup. Follow all steps to setup the machine for testing and run the Certiport Online Exams Diagnostics Check.
