Over the course of an impressive 33-year career, Bob Whelan has made significant contributions to Pearson VUE and the entire testing industry. As the company’s president and chief executive officer, Bob has overall management responsibility for the Pearson VUE electronic testing business. Through successful communication of a clear vision and a team-based collaborative approach, he has seen the company grow to become the global leader in computer-based assessments. In recognition of these efforts, Bob received the 2011 ATP Award for Professional Contributions and Service to Testing from the Association of Test Publishers. Today, Pearson VUE delivers millions of exams in more than 400 company-owned-operated Pearson Professional Centers and a network of approximately 4,100 Pearson VUE Authorized Test Centers around the world. Bob earned a BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama.

Jim Holm is the Executive Vice President of Certiport and leads the global business as an independent subsidiary of Pearson VUE. In this role, Jim is responsible for Certiport’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations as he works to bring performance-based certification testing to the education market worldwide. During the past four years, Jim has spearheaded new certification program offerings and increased the number of Certiport-delivered certifications by nearly four times.

Jim has helped Certiport develop long-lasting client relationships with industry leaders including Microsoft, Adobe, HP, Autodesk, Intuit, and CompTIA. He has also managed Certiport's leading digital literacy program, IC3, in order to help individuals worldwide learn the basics of using a computer and validate those skills with an industry-recognized certification. With more than 17 years of experience in the training and education industry, Jim helps Certiport bring certification programs to market across the globe through Certiport's extensive partner network.

Prior to joining Certiport, Jim was President and COO of Advanced Technical Center, a technical training company recognized by Novell, Microsoft and CompTIA as one of the industry’s best training companies. Jim has also trained and consulted several Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on the use of technology. He has earned many of the top technology industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Novell, CompTIA and Certiport. Jim has a degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and studied IT Law at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.

With more than 20 years of sales leadership experience, Alan Raymond is responsible for driving global company sales, guiding channel sales activities and providing direction into new application areas advancing Certiport's channel distribution network worldwide. Prior to joining Certiport, Alan held several key sales management positions, most recently as vice president of sales for the SCO Group, a leading provider of Unix solutions with more than 3,000 partners worldwide.

During his career, Alan has proven his ability to lead, manage and motivate diverse sales teams around the globe. He has worked as the technical sales leader for Baxter Healthcare and was the director of sales for Allegiance Healthcare where he managed sales teams responsible for medical/surgical equipment and supply sales to major hospital chains throughout the Midwest.

Alan received a bachelor's degree from Utah State University in business finance.

Bryan Koehler joined the Certiport team in February 2008, overseeing all finance, accounting and project management functions. Bryan has extensive experience preparing notable, high technology companies for, and taking them through, initial public offerings, securing private-equity funding and implementing policies and procedures that include the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.

Prior to Certiport, Bryan was CFO for Linux Networx, Inc. (LNXI), where he raised over $45 million in private equity funding and later prepared the company to be acquired. Prior to LNXI, Bryan was corporate controller for Altiris, Inc. (ATRS) (acquired by Symantec, Inc.) where he assisted in the initial public stock offering, secondary public stock offering and several acquisitions. Prior to that time, Bryan was a financial manager at Handspring (acquired by Palm, Inc.). He also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide auditing and consulting services to companies with emphasis in software and Internet industries.

Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA. Bryan earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration and a Master of Accountancy, Professional Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University.

Kevin Brice, CSO Kevin Brice

Kevin has worked in Information Technology training and assessment since 1994, having built and developed several successful businesses in the computer education industry. Kevin also launched the Technical Training division at ExecuTrain, a global Information Technology training provider with over 220 offices and franchises. Brought into ExecuTrain from Boston Scientific where he managed sales and marketing efforts in the southwest US, Kevin built the Technical Training business from inception to over $36 million in annual revenues during his tenure at ExecuTrain.

From 1997 to February 2000, Kevin funded and aggressively built MeasureUp into a leader in the Information Technology certification preparation industry. In April 2007, Kevin re-established the company's global presence distributing products in over 40 countries. MeasureUp, now a part of Certiport, is the leading practice test and assessment provider for certification, training and hiring.

During his career, Kevin has been a frequent speaker at Information Technology education trade shows regarding how assessments provide an ROI on training investments, has been published as a regular contributor in Certification magazine, and has participated in several Microsoft MCSE Information Technology Certification books published by IDG. He holds a BBA in Business from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Kirby Glad, CIO Kirby Glad

Kirby Glad joined Certiport in 2011 with responsibility for global technology and product development. Kirby brings a breadth of experience in infrastructure, software development, quality assurance and customer service. Kirby has enjoyed a 25+ year career in technology, holding CIO positions with six companies representing 14+ years of his career. An expert in the software development process, Kirby has a track record of improving delivery time and reducing software defects. His technology units become business partners in driving revenue and profitability and help companies use technology as a competitive advantage.

Kirby's experience includes leadership positions with companies of all sizes, and he has managed teams in the US, Europe, India, Singapore, and the Philippines. He also has experience managing sales and marketing teams, helping him to build strong partnerships between the technology team and other business units.

Kirby earned his BS in information management at BYU followed by an MBA with an emphasis in marketing. He holds certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Kirby is a regular guest lecturer for the Leadership Institute of the Utah Chapter of the Association of Information Managers.

Craig serves as the vice present of marketing for Certiport. In this role, Craig is responsible for global campaign marketing, events, partner and product marketing, branding, public relations and marketing communications.

Craig has over twenty years of experience with successful software companies including Symantec, SCO, PowerQuest, Corel, Novell, and WordPerfect. Within these companies he has served in leadership roles including executive management positions. He served for ten years on the Utah District Export Council and two years as the vice chairman of the Council. At WordPerfect Corporation he managed the international certification programs.

In management positions, Craig has directed diverse teams including product management, product marketing, international sales, field and global marketing, event, brand and communications management. Craig has been instrumental in driving new international business by building teams from the ground up. He helped PowerQuest's international sales increase from 32% - 50% of total company revenue.

Bushman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast management and communications from Brigham Young University.

Neill Hopkins, Vice President, Global Operations Neill Hopkins

Neill Hopkins in Certiport's vice president of global operations, and in this role Neill works to further develop Certiport's global testing channel relationships both domestically and internationally. Neill has spent 25 years working in the IT testing and certification industry. In 1987, Neil started the first-ever Novell CNE training and testing site for Lasernet, a distribution organization in South Africa. He came to the United States in 1998 as manager of the Novell Education Channel Program and served as the director of channel programs for Novell until 2002. Prior to joining Certiport, Neill was responsible for the development, management and growth of Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) certification programs, the voice of the world's information technology (IT) industry.

Neill holds certificates in mechanical engineering, is a Miller Heiman alum and is certified as a Novell CNA and CIP. He served on the editorial board of Certification magazine, past Advisory Board on Apprenticeship member and headed the ITCC at CompTIA.

Rob Moore , Vice President, Client Services Rob Moore

As Vice President of Client Services, Rob is primarily responsible for ensuring that Client and Company objectives for Certiport certification programs are aligned and achieved. In addition to directing business relationships with Microsoft, Adobe, HP, Autodesk, Intuit and CompTIA, Rob manages Certiport's Account and Product Management teams and the operational resources supporting those functions. He also helped to create and launch the IC³ program and its industry advisory panel, the Global Digital Literacy Council.

Prior to joining Certiport Rob served in a number of strategic marketing, business development and start-up leadership roles for Fortune 1000 companies and new ventures alike. Those enterprises included industry bellwethers Novell and Franklin Covey, and startup ventures Center 7 and Simplifile operating in industries as diverse as network computing, education, consulting and cloud services. Rob has directed multi-million dollar product launches and acquisitions, has created and lead successful management teams and partner networks, and has served on the advisory boards of several companies and industry associations.
