Microsoft SharePoint and OneNote are both integral parts of the MOS 2010 certification suite – the world's most recognized, standards-based credential chosen by individuals seeking to validate their skills on Microsoft Office. MOS 2010 is the next generation of Microsoft's industry-leading business certification program that accounts for the delivery of over 1 million certification exams annually.

"Adding two new elective exams to the MOS Master Certification gives candidates greater choice concerning the Microsoft Office applications on which they wish to elevate their performance for certification," said Lutz Ziob, General Manager, Microsoft Learning. "Candidates who earn the MOS Master Certification are recognized by employers and peers as achieving the highest level of certification for the world's leading desktop programs. These candidates go well beyond a basic knowledge and truly know the capabilities of these productivity applications."

MOS is a globally recognized, standards-based credential for validating Microsoft Office skills. The credential enables individuals to tap the full features and functionality of the Microsoft Office 2010 system, resulting in heightened confidence, credibility and differentiation.

"MOS is our most popular certification program, and adding these two new exams to the Master Certification allows more individuals to earn the Master designation by testing on the tools they are most familiar with," said Ray Kelly, CEO, Certiport. "Achieving the Master level in Microsoft Office sets individuals apart and gives them a differentiator on their resume, demonstrating that they know how to use these tools to be more productive in the workplace."

Microsoft SharePoint 2010 makes it easier for people to work together. Using SharePoint 2010, people can set up Web sites to share information with others, manage documents from start to finish, and publish reports to help everyone make better decisions.

Microsoft OneNote 2010 is a digital notebook that provides a single place where you can gather all of your notes and information, with the added benefits of powerful search capabilities to find what you are looking for quickly, plus easy-to-use shared notebooks so you can manage information overload and work together with others more effectively.
