New Leaders in Continuing Education & Training Elected, Anita Osborne elected to IACET Board of Directors

The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) recently elected new members to the 2009-10 Board of Directors who represent organizations which have made a commitment to excellence in lifelong learning. Each board member is an expert in continuing education and training, a function deemed increasingly critical during challenging economic times and technology's impact on our workplace.

Ms. Osborne serves as the Director of Global Enterprise Services for Certiport in American Fork, UT. She was elected to the Board of Directors for IACET. Osborne stated, "Demands for training and education in today's global environment require blended delivery media that incorporates distance learning with on-site training to achieve the best knowledge transfer outcomes. I look forward to working with the Board to expand the view of a training delivery model that can be utilized across the globe with concise, measureable learning results."
